Returns

 

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days of having received it. You can open the package and check the contents.

However, the shoes cannot be used and you should enclose the original packaging, double boxed. All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. For defective or incorrect products, please contact our customer service who will arrange a free return for you.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form, and put the attached return sticker on the box for address info. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. The address for returns which is stated on the returns form is also stated below:
